PROPOSED UK BANKING INSTITUTION · PRE-AUTHORISATION

Regulatory roadmap

Readiness before authorisation.

Our roadmap describes the development work required of a prospective bank. It is not a claim that any stage has been approved by the PRA or FCA.

Six-stage EnteleBANK development journey from corporate foundation through possible mobilisation, subject to regulatory assessment
1

Corporate foundation

Establish the proposed legal entity, ownership and controller structure, governance design and regulatory records.

2

Regulatory business plan

Develop the business model, target markets, products, financial projections, capital and liquidity planning, risk framework and operational model.

3

Pre-application engagement

Engage with the PRA/FCA through the appropriate prospective-bank process and refine the proposition in response to regulatory feedback.

4

Application readiness

Complete governance appointments, policies, controls, technology evidence, financial resources, recovery and exit planning, and supporting application materials.

5

Authorisation assessment

Submit only when sufficiently ready and respond transparently to PRA/FCA assessment.

6

Mobilisation and launch

If authorisation is granted with restrictions, complete mobilisation conditions before unrestricted banking activity begins.

Current public status

EnteleBANK is under development and is not currently authorised to accept deposits or provide regulated banking services. Timelines depend on institutional readiness and regulatory assessment; this website does not promise an authorisation date.
