Our proposed technology and operating model prioritises strong identity and access controls, encryption, secure software delivery, vulnerability management, logging and monitoring, controlled change management, backup and recovery, and disciplined third-party risk management.
Financial crime
The proposed control environment includes identity verification, sanctions and financial-crime controls, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention and appropriate human oversight.
Operational resilience
Critical services will be designed around defined tolerances, dependency mapping, continuity planning, recovery testing and incident management appropriate to the institution's regulatory obligations.
Responsible disclosure
Do not send passwords, private keys, authentication secrets or sensitive customer information by email. A formal vulnerability disclosure process will be published before customer-facing banking systems become available.
